CONTINENTAL DRIFT, a string Trio (or Quartet) with a difference. Playing light classical, beautiful ambient background plus jazz and latin styles. Also Tango, Gypsy, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Greek, Italian and Irish (what fun!). The group will tailor the music to suit the requirements of you and your venue.

Instruments played are Guitar, Double Bass and Violin and Mandolin and lots of vocals. The band provides all its own sound equipment-suitable for small functions to large venues. The trio will dress according to the function. (ranging from beach shirts at poolside parties to black tie). If the Band plays as a Quartet, the fourth member offers his service as an experienced M.C.

Continental Drift also has a completly mobile set-up
which means it can play anywhere outdoors
and in a large venue can change position several times if needed
The band is also happy to play accoustically if that is more suitable.
